The General Affairs Manager is a position under the COO Office, reporting directly to the Head of Special Projects. Acting as the centralised operations point of contact, this role oversees the smooth functioning of Lestari Capital’s day-to-day operations across office management, procurement, logistics, and compliance. The position ensures the Jakarta and Bali offices operate efficiently while coordinating closely with administrative teams in Bali and Singapore to maintain consistent service standards, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across locations.
Beyond administrative and operational management, the role also provides field logistics support. This includes managing general services procurement and logistics for meetings, workshops, and field visits. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of bridging operational, administrative, and needs across teams—driving consistency, collaboration, and efficiency throughout the organisation. The ideal candidate possesses strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills and comfortable to work across multiple departments and geographies.
The Manager, Biodiversity Outcomes, will play a pivotal role in supporting Project Operators (PO) in the design and delivery of high-quality biodiversity outcomes across the Rimba Collective portfolio. This position will help to align conservation and restoration project outcomes with rigorous standards for ecological impact, long-term sustainability and international certification standards. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership and field support to project teams, helping to integrate best practices in biodiversity monitoring, adaptive management, and restoration science.
Working closely with project operators and local partners, the Manager Biodiversity Outcomes will support and review the implementation of biodiversity management plans, ensure compliance with international standards (such as Verra CCB), and support the development and review of biodiversity, conservation and restoration strategies and project documentation. This role requires a strong understanding of nature-based solutions, landscape-scale restoration, and the complexities of field operations in Southeast Asia, whilst also supporting the Technical Due Diligence & Assurance team to achieve our core KPI’s and values.
The Governance & FPIC Specialist is responsible for providing strategic guidance and technical support to Project Operators (POs) to strengthen governance frameworks, ensure compliance with Rimba Collective requirements and applicable laws and policies, and promote sustainable land and resource management through effective policy development and implementation. The Governance & FPIC Specialist will take a lead role in in the delivery of strategies to support effective community engagement and active inclusion of local community in Rimba Collective projects, whilst also supporting the Technical Due Diligence & Assurance team to achieve our core KPI’s and values.
This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the emerging Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) market, and the mandate of the Rimba Collective fund and other future funds. As an Investment Manager, you will drive the evaluation and onboarding of high-quality NBS projects into the fund’s portfolio. Working at the intersection of finance, conservation, and corporate sustainability, you will identify land-based conservation and restoration opportunities, structure offtake contracts, and lead commercial negotiations with project operators and asset owners.
You will develop and execute a scalable pipeline of investable projects, oversee internal deal processes, and ensure successful portfolio integration to deliver long-term environmental and social impact. As part of the Singapore-based Investment team, you will also support broader investment activities, including project assessment, market research, financial modelling, and the design of investment structures for clients.
