We are seeking a Europe-based Senior Director to adapt its successful Rimba Collective initiative from palm oil to fashion. This role drives market engagement, business case development, and project pipeline creation to scale conservation, restoration, and climate action while supporting corporate sustainability goals.
Reporting to the CEO, the Senior Director will lead the program from inception to completion, managing stakeholders and ensuring strong governance. With expertise in program management and independent leadership, the candidate must navigate challenges, influence decisions, and turn ideas into impact, supported by Lestari Capital’s technical teams.

The Portfolio Development Officer will support the origination and onboarding of projects for the Rimba Collective business lines. The Project Officer will ensure the process runs according to procedures, taking charge of management, and ensure project trackers are followed up according to the target timeline. The Portfolio Development Officer will support the origination and onboarding of projects for the Rimba Collective business lines. The Portfolio Development Officer will also support the effectiveness and efficiency of the day-to-day operations and processes within the Portfolio Development team and its relationship with the rest of the Project Department.

The Rimba Collective Risk & Assurance Manager plays a central role in identifying and managing implementation risks across the Rimba Collective project portfolio. Reporting to the Rimba Collective Portfolio Manager, this position serves as the internal coordinator for risk mitigation, working closely with technical experts to develop context-specific solutions that keep projects on track and aligned with Rimba Collective’s conservation goals. They also responsible for ensuring that all projects meet readiness standards for internal and external verification processes. This includes reviewing and aligning planning, documentation, and field implementation with the requirements of certification frameworks, particularly the Climate, Community & Biodiversity (CCB) Standards.
